Bandwidth Usage

Bandwidth describes network throughput. It refers to how much digital information we can send or receive across a connection in a certain amount of time. Each time Xano transfers data, that's part of your total bandwidth usage. Each Xano package has different limitations per month.

Xano generally measures bandwidth usage based on three primary criteria:

  1. Downloads

  2. Uploads

  3. Streaming video

All downloads from any public shared link count towards the bandwidth limit. You can reach this limit quickly, depending on several factors:

  • the size of the files being shared

  • the frequency of downloads

  • file format (GIF, FLV, MP3, etc.)

Bandwidth limitations per package:

  • Explore: Free account: 1 GB per month

  • Launch: 25 GB per calendar month

  • Scale: 100 GB per calendar month
